Everybody gets a bit frustrated about their body once in a while. It is especially true during summer when due to hot weather people loose their jeans and sweaters for thigh and tummy relieving shorts and bikinis. Not mentioning what great difference weight loss makes to your body, face and how it eases your mind. But don't worry! I3VA is here to help with my tips for a healthy diet plan to get you into that bikini shape in no time.





The healthiest diet that will definitely help you loose weight is a tasty diet that will make you feel good and the food is easy to prepare. This type of diet is easier to keep and you wont suffer the weight gain afterwards like with fad diets.
Try fruit salads with leafy vegetables, avocado, skinny/ low fat meat or nuts.
It is so yummy you won't stop eating and a thing is that it doesn't matter how much you will eat as long as you don't eat all day without breaks it wont add pounds to your waistline.
Granola, yogurt and fruit desserts are a great way to start the day with or as a snack instead of all the chocolate and crisps because it gives you energy without extra callories. Sushi is a great alternative to burgers and will make you get into shape in no time. However, no mater what you eat you need moderation and a lot of the times that is quite difficult to achieve if you suffer for example from an eating disorder or emotional eating then no diet will help that. Yes healthy food will make you feel fuller for longer and make it less likely for you to over-eat, but if the reason is other than your furious appetite than you should consult the doctor or a specialist.
And never forget the importance of movement and exercise to your dieting routine. Muscles increase you metabolic rate and therefore even at rest you are burning more calories than usual.It also goes without saying that some people can confuse thirst with hunger so keep well hydrated by drinking water. Some of us may also feel more hungry when tired as the body needs more energy when you miss your ZZZ's so make sure to get plenty of sleep.
