1. Clean and dry nail completely with nail polish remover and rubbing alcohol.
2. Grab a tea bag, cut it open, and discard the loose tea (or save to brew later)
3. Cut a big enough strip from the bag to cover the broken nail completely. Set aside.
4. Squeeze nail glue over the entire nail. I like kiss maximum speed nail glue , available at most drugstores.
5. Place the paper strip over the nail, making sure to smooth over the broken area, and any gaps or wrinkles
6. Trim an excess paper around the nail.
7. Add another coat of glue to the entire nail.
8. Once glue is completely dry, take a buffing file and smooth out any bumps along the top of your nail.
9. Add one layer of base coat.
10. Re-paint your nail to match the rest of your pretty fingers.
Ta-da! Good as new. The tea paper will seal your broken nail together and no one will be the wiser. Happy polishing!
